To develop and implement effective tactical product marketing plans for allocated product(s) in line with standards and strategies of Novartis Scandinavia
To adapt global promotional and campaign material to local needs and standards as well as producing local promotional material if needed
To support the Scandinavian Strategic Plans by giving local market input
To manage and control local product performance and allocate resources according to set objectives and to adjust tactical plans accordingly. Proactively proposing additional actions to boost positive opportunities, to offset threat and remedy deviations from targets
To effectively promote the product within the organization to ensure motivation and alignment
To closely monitor local competitor activities as well as therapeutic trends and rising opportunities in the market
To actively and continuously provide input on supply requirements to the logistics department to manage agreed inventory levels of allocated products

University Degree in Sciences and/or in Business Administration
Local language & English: very good written & spoken
Representative and/or sales manager > 3 years. Previous brand manager experience is qualifying
