Data QA with a Data analyst background.
Performs and leads processes related to quality assurance for new software development systems and applications.
Responsible for identifying and reviewing activities and deliverables critical to project quality.
Develop and execute Quality Management Plan, Review and Audit Plan.
Responsible for informing, enabling, reviewing, and reporting on project process performance.
Serves as a mentor to lower level testing analysts and may provide work direction to others in project team(s).
May provide supervision to direct reports including performance management and associate development.
Ability to work independently to define, manage, and complete activities.
Experience with IT Structured Software Testing, Testing Specialized, TestDirector, and WinRunner.
Knowledge of the software testing discipline and its integration with software development life cycle.
Ability to mentor and act as first line supervisor to lower level staff.
Ability to develop and execute effective plans for quality management, review, and audit.
Ability to track and develop metrics for quality assurance.
